Best of Luxury Realty is looking for an amazing Showing Assistant to assist our Lead Buyer Specialist with the showing of properties to our home-buying customers. Our powerful coaching and training will ensure you have the opportunity to earn income soon after you start.

This position does require a real estate license. The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

After the lead agent performs a needs analysis, the lead agent will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will pick up the baton and find homes that meet the criteria, they will meet customer at the property location, if needed drive customers to those properties. As a customer explore homes, the Showing Assistant will work with home shoppers to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional properties as needed. When the customers are ready to make an offer, the Showing Assistant will pass that customer back to the lead agent.

A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to around four to six potential buyers a week while earning bonuses based on a percentage of each closed deal.

The Showing Assistant will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, they may be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Lead Buyer Specialist. They are forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.

  • Professional Appearance and Grooming - In the real estate business, image is projected through professional appearance. Some clients will judge agents by their appearance just as much as their reputation, how knowledgeable they are, and how well they communicate. When meeting with potential clients, keep in mind that first impressions matter.

What will you do?

  • Assist the lead agent by showing properties to potential buyers
  • Assist the lead agent by identifying properties that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
  • Assist the lead agent in making contacts with potential buyers

Compensation

  • This is a commission based role, yet the Showing Assistant earns a portion of the commission on every successful property sale/closing. We also offer multiple passive income opportunities. Based on our standards and the opportunities we currently have, motivated performer would net more than $40,000-$60,000+ a year.
