JADE Ocean is a 50-story Ultra Luxury Oceanfront Condominium, located on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The design is by Carlos Ott and will be among his many world re-known masterpieces from the Americas, Europe and Asia. The project is undertaken by one of South Florida¹s leading property development companies, Fortune International.
The building will have an avant-garde design completely covered in glass. One of the most striking features will be its main swimming pool, which will extend below the building's structure and will lead into a waterfall in front of it. In addition, Jade Ocean will offer innovative access to the lobby from the beach and not from the street, making it the first such development in all of Miami Beach.
