Biscayne Lawn

Biscayne Park is a village in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. Biscayne Park was developed in the 1920s by Arthur Griffing. Biscayne Park was originally a neighborhood of the City of Miami when it was annexed into the City of Miami in 1925. With the arrival of the Great Depression, the City of Miami gave up its jurisdiction and Biscayne Park was incorporated as its own town in 1931. In 1933, the town decided to become a village, and changed its name to the Village of Biscayne Park.

Altos Del Mar

Altos Del Mar is a charming single family home community located in Surfside close to the renowned Bal Harbour Shops. It is located just west of the main island that the city occupies, in the area of the city referred to as North Beach. It is located just north of and separated from the Isle of Normandy by a canal. A bridge connects the two islands. Neighborhood Normandy Shores has waterfront homes in desirable Normandy Island. This is a true boater's paradise on a wide canal. Normandy Golf Course

The Normandy Shores Golf Course located between Biarritz Drive and Shore Drive at the northern end of Miami Beach on a secluded island in Biscayne Bay. Before there were homes and families on the gated, secluded island known as Normandy Shores, there were golfers. In 1928 the City of Miami Beach acquired a mangrove patch immediately north of Normandy Isle through a donation. One year later, the city began dredging the bay bottom in order to create land. The goal was to construct a golf course. The Normandy Shores Golf Course, has a history as extensive as its 18-hole course.
